My name is Luke Hallett, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new General Manager of On The Move Caravans.

I wanted to take this opportunity to share a bit about myself and my journey with all of you. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an unwavering passion for the great outdoors, camping, and exploring new places. It’s what drove me to embark on a year-long trip around Australia, witnessing some of the most breathtaking sights our beautiful country has to offer.

My roots lie in the automotive trade, starting out as an apprentice mechanic and steadily working my way up to become a Fixed Operations Manager. Along the way, I discovered the wonders of the caravan industry, and I’ve held various roles like National Workshop Manager, Product Research and Development, and Fixed Operations. Through these experiences, I gained invaluable insights into every aspect of the industry, from the very inception of a product to providing exceptional after-sales care.

Now, as the General Manager of On The Move Caravans, I am genuinely excited to be part of this amazing team. My primary focus is to enhance and streamline the overall customer experience, ensuring that each one of you has the best possible journey with our caravans.

To achieve this, I’ll be working closely with our production team in Epping, Victoria, to introduce improvements and innovations that cater to your needs and desires. I believe that exceptional products come from understanding our customers’ aspirations, and that’s why I’m committed to listening to your feedback and insights.

In addition to that, I will be actively engaging with all of you through social media. It’s a fantastic platform to share our latest product updates, upcoming events, and hear directly from you about your experiences and suggestions.

At the core of everything we do, there’s a passion for exploration and a love for the great outdoors. Together, we’ll create memories that will last a lifetime, and I’m excited to be a part of your journey.
